    General information

 In the future, a mixed-use, sustainable, and socially inclusive urban neighbourhood will be developed on the site where Hachez chocolate was manufactured until a few years ago. This will transform the former industrial area into a vibrant neighbourhood with a strong identity and added value. A new core for the old Neustadt district. Thanks to active citizen participation, the ideas of Bremen's residents were incorporated into the concept at a very early stage.
