 Renovation and modernisation measures are planned to make the existing buildings in the Sonneneck neighbourhood more attractive and offer contemporary living standards and an appealing residential environment for families and senior citizens, singles and couples. Among other things, a number of houses are to be completely renovated to create affordable large living space for families and two-room flats for senior citizens.
